The Role

The Office Administrator will provide administrative support across the practice, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering an excellent experience for our clients.

This is a varied role involving client communication, administration, workflow management and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as one of the first points of contact for clients by telephone, email and in person.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Request records and information from clients.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post.
  • Update internal workflow systems and client records.
  • Support the office with a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Assist with document management and filing.
  • Support credit control activities.
  • Use practice management and cloud-based software.
  • Assist with marketing activities and social media.
  • Help maintain organised office systems and processes.
  • Support colleagues across the business during busy periods.
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to the role.
