Summary

Your Mission

At Pure Transfer we supply the components that keep some of the world’s most critical manufacturing systems running. Pharmaceutical facilities. Biotech labs. Food grade processing plants. The connections, seals and assemblies we supply are not optional extras — they are the difference between a system that performs and one that fails.

We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Apprentice to join the team — someone who takes pride in getting things right, understands that accuracy matters, and wants to learn how a high-quality specialist business operates from the inside out.

This is not a role for someone who wants to coast. It is a role for someone who wan

The Role

Based at our UK facility, the Warehouse and Logistics Apprentice will work alongside the Pure Transfer team to support the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, despatch and logistics function. You will learn how a specialist industrial supplier operates — from goods inward to order fulfilment — and develop the skills and knowledge to become a valued and trusted member of the team.

What You Will Be Doing

No two days will be identical — but here is what your typical week will involve:

Warehouse Operations

  • Receiving, checking and booking in incoming stock accurately against purchase orders
  • Picking and packing customer orders to the correct specification and quality standard
  • Ensuring products are correctly labelled, stored and organised within the warehouse
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment at all times
  • Assisting with stock counts, cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks

Despatch and Logistics

  • Preparing orders for despatch — checking quantities, packaging and documentation
  • Booking shipments with couriers and freight providers accurately and on time
  • Ensuring all despatch paperwork — delivery notes, consignment documents — is correct
  • Tracking outbound shipments and following up on any delivery issues
  • Supporting the team with returns processing and goods-in queries

Administration and Systems

  • Updating the stock management system accurately as goods move in and out
  • Raising and processing paperwork in support of the warehouse and operations team
  • Supporting customer service with order status updates and delivery queries
  • Assisting with general office admin tasks as required

Learning and Development

  • Completing apprenticeship training and coursework alongside your on-the-job learning
  • Building your product knowledge — understanding what Pure Transfer supplies and why it matters
  • Taking on increasing responsibility as your confidence and capability grows
