Who we're looking for

No experience needed. We care more about attitude than CV.

  • Reliable and on time
  • Organised, with an eye for detail (a wrong label means a wrong delivery)
  • Comfortable on a computer and keen to learn new systems
  • Friendly and clear when talking to customers, in writing and in person
  • Happy to get stuck in, whether that’s at a desk or in the warehouse
  • Curious about how online businesses work. Maybe you’ve sold on Vinted or eBay, run a social account, or just like figuring out how things work
  • Ideal for college leavers.

What you'll get

  • A nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, fully funded, with training in your paid hours
  • Day-to-day support from a manager who has trained apprentices before
  • Real responsibility from week one, across customer service, e-commerce, marketing and operations
  • Your own laptop and K&B email
  • Paid holiday, workplace pension and a pay review after 6 months
  • A front-row seat to how a growing brand sells across the UK and US, and a clear path into a permanent role in our operations team
