The Role

You will be responsible for planning and managing a fleet of 12–15 trucks, ensuring smooth
delivery schedules and efficient multi-pick operations while supporting drivers and
maintaining excellent service levels.

  • Monitor fleet performance and maximise efficiency
  • Use route optimisation and tracking systems
  • Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams
