Amelia Spencer - Business Administrator
Amelia began her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship in March 2025. With support from Access Industry, she quickly developed her knowledge, confidence, and professional skills, earning promotion before completion. She has organised events and appeared on Good Morning Britain, advocating for apprenticeships while gaining valuable experience and clarity about her future career.
George Cheeseman - Creative Venue Technician
George Cheeseman completed his Creative Venue Technician apprenticeship with hands-on experience at festivals and theatres, including Glastonbury Festival and Gillian Lynne Theatre. Now progressing into a role with Delta Live, he’s building a dynamic career in live events, audio and immersive production.
Theo Moore - Creative Venue Technician
After completing a Creative Venue Technician apprenticeship at Bridlington Spa, Theo Moore now works full-time as a Production Technician. From performer to backstage professional, he has delivered major concerts for artists including Raye and UB40, building confidence, technical expertise and a thriving career in live events.
Callum Kirwan - AV Technician
He began his career as an AV Technician in private members’ clubs, completing his apprenticeship with distinction. Now a Formula 1 AV Technician at Live Wire Productions, he delivers high-level audiovisual setups at global motorsport events and supports apprentices, guiding them along the same path that launched his career.
Lyndsay Hyde - Live Event Technician
During his 18-month apprenticeship with Access Creative College, he developed broad live event skills in lighting, sound, and networking, achieving a pass with double distinctions. Now a Video Technician, he installs and operates LED for live shows, preps warehouse jobs, builds server racks, and is progressing toward a technical on-site role.
John Nkuah - Customer Service Specialist
During the apprenticeship, they developed expertise in customer service, safeguarding, risk assessment, and professional communication within a fast-paced public service environment. It enhanced their confidence, problem-solving, and understanding of structured processes. Since completion, they have continued applying these skills in roles demanding responsibility, accuracy, and high standards, shaping their career growth.
