Job Overview:

Active Sports Group is looking for a highly motivated and organised XT Club Leader to oversee the end-to-end operations of one of our XT Club Ofsted-registered breakfast and after school clubs. You'll ensure high-quality provision, lead your team confidently, and make a lasting impact on the children and families we support.

What will you be doing?

Oversee the day-to-day operations of your school club site
Organise and manage resources to deliver high-quality sessions
Lead on-site staff and support with training & development
Help design engaging and inclusive activity programmes
Deliver engaging assemblies and coordinate leaflet drops
Act as the key point of contact for families and the wider school
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and internal quality standards
Capture and share content for social media and club promotion
Respond to feedback and engage with customers positively
Build strong relationships and champion our core values

Desirable/ Essential Qualifications

Essential:

Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)
Has strong knowledge of Ofsted and wraparound care standards
Is a natural leader with great attention to detail
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Can motivate, support, and grow a positive team culture
Holds a Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in childcare or wraparound care
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools
