As an Apprentice Resourcer, you will receive hands-on training and support while working closely with experienced Recruitment Consultants to help identify, attract, and engage candidates for a wide range of roles.

As a Resourcer, you play a vital role in the success of the recruitment team.
Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and processing candidate applications
Headhunting potential candidates by phone and discussing relevant job
opportunities
Connecting with candidates via LinkedIn and sharing information about current vacancies
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates on our database
Keeping candidates informed about new and existing opportunities
Updating internal databases and adding candidate details to online recruitment portals
