Feel Supreme is part of a well-established brand with roots in natural nutrition and wellness. We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated individual to join our small, supportive team as a Business Support Apprentice.

The Role

This apprenticeship will give you hands-on experience across a variety of customer service and administration tasks. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers both in-store and online, and you’ll gain valuable experience in retail, communication, and logistics.

  • Monday–Friday to start (weekend shifts available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries

  • Providing excellent in-person service to customers visiting the shop

  • Responding to messages via email, our website, and distributor platforms

  • Supporting the dispatch team with packing and sending customer orders

  • Ensuring accurate communication and updates are given to customers

  • Assisting with general administrative duties

Requirements: 

Successful candidates must have an interest in the well-being and nutrition industry and a passion for keeping fit.
