About the Role

We are looking to recruit an Operational Data & Insights / Business Administration Apprentice to support the day-to-day running and development of our post-sale operations.

This role sits within our central operations function and focuses on ensuring that client, contractor and payroll
data is processed accurately and maintained to a high standard across our internal systems. The successful candidate will play an important part in supporting onboarding, maintaining CRM integrity and improving reporting visibility across the business.

Initially, the focus will be on operational data management. Over time, there will be opportunity to take on broader reporting responsibilities, contribute to dashboard development and support performance insight across multiple departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Processing contracts and onboarding documentation within Zoho CRM
• Reviewing and validating identification and compliance documentation
• Maintaining accurate lead and client records, including data cleansing and correct lifecycle management
• Working with Sales, Payroll and Compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
• Extracting and reviewing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Producing internal performance reports and supporting reporting improvements
• Assisting with workflow automation through Zoho Flow
• Maintaining accurate payroll related records within MyDigital Accounts
• Supporting inbound calls and handling straightforward operational queries

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

DEVELOPMENT

This role forms part of a Level 3 Data & Business Insights Apprenticeship programme. The apprentice will gain practical experience working with live operational and commercial data while developing analytical and reporting skills.

There is scope for the role to develop into broader performance reporting and business intelligence responsibilities as capability and confidence increase. This position would suit an individual who is motivated, technically capable and interested in building a career
within data, operations or business intelligence.
