As a Live Event Technician, you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team with strong cultural values. We aim to provide you with a broad experience in how live shows and experiences are technically created and delivered.
You will primarily work within our Production and Hire department.
As a Live Event Technician Apprentice, you will learn and work directly in the following areas:
– Warehouse operations and systems including how equipment is checked in and out
– Equipment preparation, testing and maintenance
– Calculating power requirements and how to design systems
– Networking and infrastructure systems
– Logistics and calculating loads for transport
– How to interpret designers’ requirements and deliver shows
– Fault finding in equipment and systems
– Rigging basics
