About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, organised and reliable Apprentice Business Administrator to join our growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop strong commercial, administrative and organisational skills within a fast paced business environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team and support the day to day running of the business across administration, client support, diary management, CRM updates, follow up activity and office organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised and wants to build a long term career in business support and operations.

This is a hands on role based predominantly in the office, giving the apprentice the opportunity to learn directly from experienced business leaders and gain exposure to how a growing company operates.

Responsibilities

The Apprentice Business Administrator will support across a range of business functions, including:

Administrative support
Managing general administration tasks and keeping records accurate and up to date
Preparing documents, meeting notes and internal updates
Supporting with filing, document organisation and maintaining business systems
Helping ensure tasks are tracked and followed up properly

Diary and meeting coordination
Assisting with diary management for senior team members
Booking meetings, preparing schedules and coordinating appointments
Supporting with meeting preparation, agendas and follow up actions
Taking notes during meetings where required

CRM and database management
Updating and maintaining the company CRM system
Adding new contacts, leads and opportunities accurately
Keeping client and prospect records organised and current
Supporting follow up activity to ensure no opportunities are missed

Client and team support
Acting as a professional first point of contact for enquiries where appropriate
Supporting the team with internal communication and coordination
Assisting with client onboarding and general admin linked to projects
Helping maintain a high standard of service and responsiveness

Office and operational support
Helping keep the office organised and running efficiently
Supporting with internal systems, processes and general business operations
Assisting with event preparation, logistics and follow-up where needed
Completing ad hoc business support tasks as the company grows
