We’re now looking to expand our marketing team by welcoming two enthusiastic and creative Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentices who are eager to grow their skills in a hands-on, supportive environment.

Role Overview

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in supporting and executing our digital and email marketing strategies. Working closely with our in-house marketing and design team, you’ll gain valuable experience using industry-standard tools to create engaging content, help manage campaigns, and update our online presence.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for digital media and a basic understanding of marketing, who is ready to develop their career in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Create and schedule engaging email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and Brevo
  • Design digital assets and visuals using Canva and Photoshop
  • Assist with updating and maintaining website content, images, and promotions
  • Support social media content creation and scheduling across various platforms
  • Work with internal teams to align marketing with print and branding projects
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling basic reports
  • Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement

  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles or previous exposure (e.g., school project, part-time role, or personal interest)
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Mailchimp, or Brevo is a big plus
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Punctual, reliable, and eager to grow in a professional setting

Working Hours

  • Minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Primarily Tuesday to Friday, with the possibility of Monday to Friday as the role develops
  • Office-based at our Wirral location – Unit 12, The Arena, Bromborough, CH62 3AE

Qualifications & Training

This is a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship, delivered through an approved training provider

You will receive one-to-one mentoring, on-the-job training, and dedicated time to complete your coursework
